You can learn a lot on YouTube, and Arthur puts hours of free content out every week. But setting is a skill you learn by doing, with someone correcting you. More importantly, YouTube can’t introduce you to a business owner. Getting your first client is the hardest part, and that’s what we solve.

Most programs give you videos and a list of job postings that hundreds of other people are applying to. We’re not a job board. We train you live, with role-plays and feedback, and then introduce you directly to business owners in our network who trust the people we send them.

A 3-month mentorship that includes an onboarding call, 3 live group calls every week, 1-on-1 calls as you progress, training materials and scripts, a private Discord community with direct support, and placement with business owners from our network.

Complete the training and pass our assessments, and we’ll keep introducing you to vetted business owners in our network until you’re placed, within the program period. We guarantee the introductions, not your income: what you earn once you’re placed depends on your work.

Most students spend their first few weeks training until they’re ready. After that, we start introducing them to business owners. How fast you get placed depends on how quickly you get through the training and pass the assessments.

No. The setter’s job is to start the conversation and book the call. The closer handles the sale. Many setters later choose to become closers, but you don’t need to.
